2010 WSGC fellow leads UW planetarium outreach

The UW astronomy department is readying a traveling planetarium to take to schools for outreach — and collaboration — in Seattle and beyond. Phil Rosenfield, a 2010 Space Grant fellow and principal investigator on the project, says they are working on curriculum for the students to create their own shows and use the UW planetarium like a presentation tool, making the planetarium even more interactive.
